The Rules

Be courteous. When you borrow something, take care of it. Return it promptly. If you lose it or break it, offer to replace it. And, if the offer is accepted, do so. Quickly. That's what you'd want if the tables were turned.

Be polite. In any public areas (the quote board, future comment and review sections, etc.) think about what you are posting. Corollary: Be reasonable. If something in a public area offends you, e-mail Megan or Casey. Don't start a flame war.

Privacy

We do not make the membership list or e-mail addresses public. We will comply with any current or future legal requirements.

Anti-spam

You will receive e-mail messages from HCS:

Each time a friend requests one of your items.
When you invite a new concessionare to join.
When one of your friends invites a new concessionaire to join, if you have so selected in your account preferences.
When a non-friend requests HCS to forward a message to you on his behalf.
As needed to conduct Concession Stand business -- policy updates, etc.

Your e-mail address is visible to any concessionaire who is listed as a friend of yours.

By entering Hell's Concession Stand, you agree to the terms, policies, and rules explained on this page.

We (Megan & Casey) provide Hell's Concession Stand as a free service to our friends, our friends' friends, etc. Megan owns the domain, Casey the server. So we get to make the rules.

We reserve the right to remove any user for any reason.

We reserve the right to change anything at any time.

We accept no responsibility for lost data or lost media (books, DVDs, or anything else that you lend out through Hell's Concession Stand).
